Which are the accepted payment methods?

We only accept Paypal, it is the most secure payment method.

Which shipping options are available?

We ship with FEDEX, UPS and DHL. All shippings are calculated at check-out and are charged according to the delivery country. Please bear in mind that custom fees   are to be paid by the client as well as the shipping cost.

We always choose  the least expensive carrier, if, however, you have a preference, do let us know.

How long does it take to have my jewel (s) shipped?

If we have your selected pieces in stock, they will be shipped within the next three days of the purchase date.

If it should be a special order or out of stock, it will take us up to four weeks for it to be shipped. May we advise to take enough time when planning gifts.

Are cancellations accepted?

Yes, as long as the items have not been shipped.

Are refunds or changes accepted?

Since most of our jewellery is hand made, we regret no refunds are accepted, we can make changes for an equally priced item after contacting us for an exchange note to be filled out. The returning shipment cost is to be paid  by the customer.

How to take care of my jewellery?

All of our pieces are made in silver and/or gold with gemstones. You can keep them looking brand new by washing them in lukewarm water with mild soap, letting them dry on a terrycloth and never putting them away while  damp.

Pearls should be kept in the dark and rubbed with your hands from time to time.

Avoid any chemicals or rough materials.

All of our jewels have a warranty of manufacture and materials, however, misuse or mistreatment are not covered by this warranty.
